The customer (such as but not limited
to the reseller/designer/end user) that the media used, including the
photographs, illustrations, designs, etc. which are transferred to the applied
specifically for the customization of
the cabinet/s, conference and work tables and any custom products
offered by Cabinetation.com; do not
infringe on the rights of third parties;
the uploaded and applied photographs, images, and/or other media are
copyright free or the designer and /or purchaser on this site, has the permission
of the owner to use them in this specific application. We will turn
over any infringement issues to the purchaser of record on
cabinetation.com.
Likewise, these Customers should
additionally guarantee Cabinetation.com against any action or claim of any
kind, and especially claims for damages and interest that a third party may
make for the fraudulent use of any image.
For its part, Cabinetation.com commits
that all of the images offered by the Customized Design Tool are copyright
free.
Can I cancel or modify my order
after it is placed?
Once you place your order we begin the process
of building your custom product, specifically for you so no cancellations or
modifications to the design of your custom product are allowed.
Can I return a custom product?
Because we build this product specifically to
your custom requirements, we can't accept returns.
What happens if my custom product
is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or with a
manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item.
It is your responsibility to review
your order and confirm that it is correct before final submitting it to us.
Your Cabinetation.com product is specifically made for you, and therefore Cabinetation.com
cannot accept returns or refunds of Cabinetation.com products if the
dissatisfaction is not due to an error by Wilson. For instance, Cabinetation.com
cannot refund personalized product if the quality issue is due to:

Typographical errors, misspelled words or name,
incorrect grammar, unfinished text, or other material provided by
the user.

Design or creative choices. Please be sure you
are satisfied with the color combinations and overall layout of your products
before submitting your order.

When will I receive my

The lead-time based on the type of
Cabinetation.com product displays within your shopping cart. It is 6 to 8 weeks from acceptance of order.
When your Cabinetation.com product ships an email with complete tracking
details will be delivered to you.
Will my products that are in stock
wait to ship with my Cabinetation.com products?
No, your stock products will ship within 5
business days and your custom Cabinetation.com products will ship once it is
